Die Sauberkeit der Räumlichkeiten und die Verfügbarkeit von Duschen ermöglichen eine erfrischende Pause nach langen Flügen, und die kostenlose Bereitstellung von Wasser, Kaffee und Tee trägt zur Entspannung bei. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Mitarbeiter Kaan und Özlem, die durch ihre hilfsbereite und freundliche Art den Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm gestalten. Trotz des Andrangs bewahrte Kaan stets die Ruhe und zeigte eine bemerkenswerte Kompetenz, während ich mich in der Lounge aufhielt. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in Transit bin, freue ich mich bereits darauf, erneut vorbeizuschauen und hoffe, Kaan und Özlem wiederzutreffen!
